Your chart is an ever-cycling series of invitations.
…a set of touchstones that pull you forward and deeper into the energies, pathways, and possibilities that call to you in this life.
The lunar nodes are one such portal + pathway.
The south node speaks to what we came in already knowing + having.
And the north node speaks to where we’re pulled into expansion + becoming, even if that feels awkward, foreign, or confounding.
I have my north node in Pisces in the 8th house.
As a mostly fiery and airy person, my north node often perplexes me.
But it also intrigues me – and pulls me forward anyway.
And even though there’s not a lot else in me that resonates with the invitation of my north node – there’s a lot in the people around me that does.
My husband and son both have Pisces moons. My husband and children all have strong Pluto/Scorpio/8th house energy too.
My most intimate connections resonate with the directions I’m pulled forward in this life. Their very presence in my life pull me into the invitations marked in my chart at birth.
This is where astrology can sometimes feel a bit spooky and make you wonder about fate.
Or about the power of our deep selves to orchestrate things beyond our conscious control.
It’s one example of how these invitations are alive + relational, reaching out into the world and pulling us along with them. We’re not answering these invitations all alone. There’s support, a conversation with life.
So much of the work is to simply listen and participate in that conversation, to acknowledge the invitations that are alive inside of us.
What might it mean to notice their presence + feel for their magnetic pull?
