getting lost in the astrological technicalities that distance us from the real depths.
This is work that pulls us deeper, penetrating our defenses to shake us to the core and bring us alive.

Embodied — meant to be alive in our bodies as something we feel viscerally + somatically (not just know intellectually).
Experiential — always relating back to our lived experience + applicable to real life (not just interesting in the abstract).
This work has weight + intensity, beauty + mystery. It’s a living, breathing process that’s meant to be all the way alive (+ support you in coming all the way alive).

One 90-minute conversation:
Here’s what we’ll do:
...Identify your core archetypes – the various facets of YOU that shape your being, doing, and relating in the world.
...Delve into the medicines, shadows, and invitations of these dimensions of self and how they’re alive (or want to be alive) in you.
...Explore how to partner with yourself to cultivate a sense of inner camaraderie, not by eliminating the inner tensions, conflicts, and paradoxes of your nature, but by using them to deepen into creativity and possibility.
...Discern what’s right and true for YOU (rather than how you’ve been socialized to be) and explore ways to bring that even more fully alive.
***This can be a standalone adventure or a gateway to deeper journeying. Obviously we won’t be able to cover all the complexities + nuances of your inner nature (which are pretty much infinite) in 90 minutes, but we can definitely begin to unfold into some of the most core, foundational pieces.
