Here’s how it works:

Once you book your session, you’ll be prompted to share your birth information + answer a few brief intake questions. From there, I’ll spend some time with your chart before we meet to distill the archetypes and prepare for our conversation.

Rae brought such wisdom and understanding to this exploration and illumination of my archetypes, and her questions along the way helped me dive deeper into my own experience, as well as the wisdom and possibilities held within.

I spent several days processing our session and all the insights that began showing up, recognizing patterns I was repeating and how they reflected the inner tensions between archetypes. 

Since we spoke, I have been building a more conscious and appreciative relationship with each archetype and the gifts they each bring, facilitated by Rae’s reminders to embrace the richness they bring to my life rather than figuring out how to make them "behave".  I’m gently opening to risking living more fully and with more trust of all I carry inside, and I’m thankful for all the explorations and possibilities this work catalyzed.

When I first stepped into the world of astrology, it felt like coming home to myself in a new way. 

Suddenly, I made sense to myself and there was newfound space for all of who I was – the medicines + shadows, the forces + archetypes, the pushes + pulls.

It was work that catalyzed my creativity, clarified patterns in my work + relationships, and illuminated paths forward I hadn’t known were there.

Astrology doesn’t give us all the answers, but it is a way of seeing + understanding that roots us in our power, clarifies paths forward, and resources us for the journey ahead.

It’s an honor to bring this work forward and discover the magic that meets us there.

Our conversation was transformative and created a dedicated, sacred space to explore, something I would not likely have given myself otherwise.  Rae has a gift of engaging with the flow of the processes and transformations that seek expression, rather than forcing the experience to fit a specific timeline or set of predetermined goals or outcomes.  She allowed the change to dance with us.

  • Yes! No previous astrological experience or knowledge is required. I’ll meet you where you are and avoid astrological jargon and detailed technicalities that can be overwhelming and distract us from the deeper work.

  • Yes! Your previous astrological experience, wisdom, and expertise is welcome. There are all sorts of approaches and methodologies for exploring the chart and bringing its wisdom to our lives. If my approach resonates, and if you’d like support journeying deeper to apply, integrate, and enliven what is alive your chart, I’d love to work with you.

  • My approach to astrology is psychological and archetypal, which means I explore what the chart reveals about our deep selves and inner worlds — and how we can use that information to inhabit ourselves (in all our complexity and paradox) more skillfully and in ways that move us more deeply into flourishing and self-actualization. I was trained by Karen Hawkwood and am deeply influenced by the work and scholarship of Liz Greene.

  • Astrology is often presented as predeterministic…

    …like our chart is a crystal ball that determines our future and tells us who we are + who we should be.

    But that’s not how I see it.

    In my view, agency is a foundational cornerstone of this work.

    Which means your chart is not a collection of mandates or series of directives that tell you who you are, who you should be, or what your life should look like.

    Rather, it’s a tool that you choose to use (or not) that illuminates invitations, offers insight, and reveals some of what’s alive inside…

    …which we can engage with in any way we choose, in any direction we want.

    The chart holds a lot of useful, even life-changing, information – it’s a collection of luminous possibilities – but nothing in your chart is meant to supersede your own inner knowing, desire, or sovereignty.

  • That’s completely up to you! But to give you an idea…

    One session will give you a solid introduction into the archetypal structure of your chart,

    Three sessions will allow us to explore more dimensions of your chart to offer a fuller, more complete picture of your archetypal nature.

    Further sessions or ongoing work will allow us to continue working through what we find – integrating the wisdom and applying the information to work through problems and clarify paths forward.

  • Not right now, as I’m a mom of a baby and toddler, but I do have limited weekend availability.
